I’m the founder of this wine shop and I am above all a wine lover. Before creating this shop, I was the head sommelier of the mythical palace of the French Riviera for 12 years: the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes. During that time, I have created a cellar that is today considered as one of the best of the French Riviera and France. The wine list has even been awarded the title of « Best of Award of Excellence » from the American magazine Wine Spectator in 2017. I was also a sommelier in world-renowned institutions such as the Bristol in Paris, the Lucas Carton from Alain Senderens also in Paris, the Louis XV – Alain Ducasse in Monaco and La Côte Saint Jacques in Joigny. All these restaurants have been granted several times the famous Michelin stars. During all these years, I have acquired a solid experience and I have had the chance to visit the best wine estates worldwide as well as to taste the rarest wines. I will be happy to share with you my most recent discoveries and propose my favorite choices.
